"I bought this for my wife for our anniversary and she loves the necklace and how well it was presented in the gift box. The light which comes on when the box is opened was a very nice touch. Delivery was prompt and the necklace was well packaged. We have been very impressed !"

Tried to contact 3 times via email over the last 2 weeks and still no response. Wanted to purchase replacement chain as i had done previously with no issues. Seems email is only way to contact but no reply. Purchased elsewhere.

I have ordered and paid for a necklace and not seen an invoice or necklace. The contact form won’t go beyond proving I am not a robot so I can’t contact. Thinking it is a scam and am about to reverse payment.

Customer contacted us to return an item we sent them our returns policy and procedure. The item was returned on october the 22nd we started the refund process that afternoon (the customer will have received an email for this). Any delay in this is down to the payment providers processing time. We'd advise under 24 hours from an items return to leaving a 1 star is a rather severe and unnecessary action.
If you like a choker
I ordered an infinity knot for my wife for our anniversary.
The knot itself is beautiful....but my wife didn't get to wear it when I took her out for a meal to celebrate - the chain wouldn't go halfway round her neck, let alone dangle the knot as shown. Emailed more than once, no reply

I ordered an infinity knot necklace for a special occasion. I never received the item and despite messaging the company on face book messenger and sending 3 emails I never received a single response. Appalling customer service. I can’t comment on the jewellery itself as it was never received. Avoid this company.

Not refunded my money
My son originally ordered a necklace but had forgotten to put the address on correctly so I contacted customer services and they said it would be returned to them so in the meantime I ordered another of the necklace as it was a gift needed.
The first necklace he ordered then still arrived a week or so later so I returned it and paid for royal mail tracked delivery. This was last year and I still haven't received my refund even though I have sent proof to show they received the necklace back. I have emailed and no response.
I also sent proof that the necklace reached you at your office and had no response from customer services back to the pictures

Hello,
When you incorrectly address an item it should be returned to us but this is not guaranteed if it is delivered to the address provided and not returned by the addresse this is unfortunately the fault of the customer for providing an incorrect address. We will always try our best to communicate with the courier to try and get items back but when the error is not with us and involves a third party we cannot and will not absorb the cost.

Wrong item sent and nobody answered on customer service line - took many days to get a reply. Very disappointing and missed giving the necklace to my daughter on her wedding day. No refund offered despite paying extra for express delivery. If you want the right item on a tight deadline then do not use this company.

Hello Mark, This simply is not true and you have told a story through your review that is not a reflection of the facts. An item was sent in which the message insert was not correct. You stated you needed the corrected item before the weekend that week 4 business days form date of contact. You were sent a replacement via next day delivery which was delivered to your provided address in less than 24 hours. Though we apologise for the initial mistake which we took ownership for we replaced the item within a fast a time frame as was possible.
Completely ignored by customer service
Purchased a necklace for my wife in November 2021. It went very severely tarnished after only a few weeks. Contacted Talia-Rae to ask about cleaning/tarnish removal. They advised to use a jewelry cleaner. Several different jewelry cleaners later, the necklace still looked very bad. Contacted Talia-Rae to request a refund as I was not happy with the quality of the product. Completely ignored by them despite multiple attempts to contact them via their website, Facebook and Instagram. Avoid this company at all costs - the jewelry is of poor quality material and their customer service is non-existent.
Edit- the response from Talia-Rae below does not answer for the fact that they ignored me for over a year. They are still trying to fob me off with cleaning instructions and their grammatically poor response should serve as a further warning that this company cannot be trusted. I am still pursuing a full refund despite this shoddy response.

We would advise as per the email sent to all customers after purchase correct care of silver product to prevent tarnishing and steps taken to clean any tarnishing that does occur due to incorrect care of the silver item. I can see you from email exchanges you were sent our care sheet and would advise following the steps we provided for both our and any other jewellery items owned by the customer.
My worst online shopping experience
My husband ordered a surprise necklace from Talia Rae website as a valentine gift for me his wife. I was not home and royal mail claimed it was incorrectly addressed so they sent it back to them. The necklace has long been delivered back to their warehouse since the 15th of February but up until today, 7th of March, the necklace hasn’t been redelivered of giving us a refund if it can’t be redelivered. My husband and I have sent so many emails but nothing happened till date. They no longer reply us and they are not able to verify they received it. I have gone back to Royal Mail twice and they confirmed that they delivered it back to Talia Rae. I sent so many emails but nothing happened. A whole £72.89 wasted as well as the valentine surprise. Very bad customer service. No phone number to even call directly. Never Ever going to buy anything from this website or recommend anyone.
This is by far my worse online shopping experience.

When a customer provides an incorrect address we have to wait on the item to be returned as we have not despite your claim received the item back it cannot be reshipped. We reship items at cost to ourselves despite error being on customers part in cases of incomplete address but we will not replace a full order at cost due to incorrectly provided information on the apart of the customer as per the terms and condition agreed to when purchasing from our store.
