I got introduced to the idea of overseas teams not too long ago, I always thought it’d be a comprise on quality. I was wrong. The team that Talentige got for us is outperforming our local team. They basically became our hiring team for a few months. Developer, QA, business analyst, all placed, all still with us. They negotiated the contracts at unmatched rates. They asked good questions upfront and it showed in who they put forward. Really glad we found them.
