Nice and easy! Bridget was helpful and informative from the outset, providing information and explaining plainly what was offered and without upselling in the slightest. After answering some questions and providing pictures of the location, electrics etc. Take charge were able to offer installation dates within a day or two! All was installed within a week and the engineer who installed was quick, efficient and respectful of our lack of knowledge of where to install the charger and not fazed by the building work going on at my house. Install was done in a couple of hours. Happy customer!

Fantastic service from start to finish. Providing photos and quotation process was seamless, Bridget was able to answer all my questions as well as provide a helpful no-nonsense guide on all the EV charge points available. Our charge point needed a convoluted route to the meter but you would never know that given how well Rob has installed it. He was professional, clean, and did a fantastic job of getting the cable secure and mostly out of sight. Have no hesitation with recommending Take Charge Eco

I was so impressed with the customer service from the initial calls (with Bridget) to the installation. Rob (installer) was so accommodating. He explained everything so clearly and offered suggestions on the best placement for the Easee charge point for which I changed the position based on the recommendation!!!

I initially found looking for an EV Charger a bit daunting there were so many different products on the market so which was the best one for me? I spoke with Bridget who explained everything that I needed to know which gave me the confidence that I was purchasing the right unit. Rob arrived to fit the Easee charger that I settled on and installation was Easee 😊 Rob was so accommodating, friendly & polite with so much knowledge he explained everything throughout the entire process. My experience from start to finish was excellent, I would highly recommend using this Company.

I rarely write reviews, but felt in this case it was the least I could do. The service I received was phenomenal from the start. Bridget was happy to come out and do a no obligation site survey, when so many other companies only offered web forms to complete. I was offered a range of options, ultimately deciding on the minimalist Easee charger. The installation by Rob was pain free and he did his utmost to find a solution that hid 100% of cabling. He was friendly and informative all the way through the installation. Highly recommended.

I was in possession of an Anderson EV charger that needed installing. Bridget got in touch, explained how she could help and after sending some photos was very quick to confirm a date.
Paul turned up to do the installation and was very courteous, explained everything and did a thoroughly professional job. Install was neat and tidy and Paul made sure I was happy with the positioning before progressing.
So in all, excellent service, communication and professionalism. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

I am very pleased with the excellent installation of the charger by Rob. Rob was polite, very knowledgeable and accommodating to rather complex installation since it involved wiring from the middle of my house all the way to the exterior wall. He managed it with the minimal casing seen. Cannot recommend enough!
Bridget’s been very helpful in advising on various chargers and am absolutely satisfied with her recommendation of Easee. Charger unit is minimalist and compact, app is easy to use and overall does the job without any flashy display screen etc.
