Happy customer. Would recommend to friends and family.
The quality of products is really good and they have ample variety. The delivery time is not too long.If a product is unavailable the store calls to confirm if they can replace it with an alternate. In one instance when one of the products was missing the refund was quick. I would recommend them to friends and family.

Our of date green lentils
The green lentils I had ordered were showing a BBS MA 2022. I contacted customer service who confirmed that the item I had ordered was found out of stock and they replaced with TRS product. They phoned back to apologise and refunded the full amount. Excellent customer service

Great selection of spices to suit all budgets. You can find most things you need. Nicely packaged and prompt delivery. Postage a bit pricey if you're only ordering a few items but otherwise highly recommend.

The fresh red chillies 500 g were fresh, I found only 1 chillie was old and binned, so not bad at all for the first time purchasing. Arrived on time. Really recommended

What a lovely company to deal with
What a lovely company to deal with. Made an order very easily. Had a chat on line very helpful and when some things were out of stock it was resolved so fast with them remembering an on line chat and replacing with things I'd enquired about. Recommend buying from here and will definitely use them again as there customer service is amazing.

Could have been good.
I was excited to see lots of brands that I liked and a way to order them online. Delivery was quick but I has a few issues.
1. 2 of the 5 chickpeas were cancelled off my order and refunded, although I was refunded 8.98 for 9.98 worth of goods.
2. When browsing, loads of stuff was out of stock with no way to see before clicking on it.
3. Many things were out of date, which ordinarily I wouldn't mind, but it wasn't any good for what I needed them for. It just meant that 1/3rd of things were out of date, 1/3 were out of stock and maybe 1/3 were in stock, but evidently some or those got refunded anyway?
It's quite a shame because if I didn't have these problems, I would definitely be back. However, I might just go to my local shops to see what they stock.

Thanks for your valuable feedback, we have looked in to your order, for the chickpeas refund you have used a 10% discount code that’s why the system has deducted 10% from the original amount and we did refund for £8.98.
We do have most of the stock, but at the moment we are struggling from our suppliers to get the best deals due to exorbitant price hikes, as most of the stock we are selling now is still on a old prices.
Displaying out of stock products in the search option is definitely an issue and we have discussed with our in-house development team.They will look in to it and we will fix and implement a resolution soon.
Your feedback will definitely help us to improve, please visit our website again in few weeks as most of our products will be back in stock.
