Lovely woman explained the policy in detail, very supportive

The advisor/ Zoe was extremely helpful and polite, was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and went through all of the details really well. Must be a credit to the business.

Lauren was so professional, informative and helpful and tailoring my quote to my personal needs without making me feel pressured or confused. Buying life and income protection insurance can be sensitive and daunting but Lauren made the experience feel good by reassuring me and her customer engagement skills were really good which made the process feel really personable too.

Unfortunately I can't say good words about them, the call was great with Scarlett Welsh however just today with my mortgage advisor I discovered that they couldn't have my details from aviva as that would be criminal activity and GDPR breach. So I have no idea qhere did they get my details. Another issue is the fact that they never cancelled my family income policy with aviva wuich they susspose to as they talked me in to by this with vitality. So for two months I was double paying. Conclusion, never deal with these things over the phone and know your insurance company and all your policies. I made a mistake, they seemed to be legit, but they just tricked me to buy another insurance.
