I became aware of Tahiro through a Reddit post about six weeks ago and purchased, very skeptical because of how the supplement generally is. I did some research on pomegranate and hemp and felt like it's one of those things that can't hurt... I've been dealing with some brain fog and for the last few years and little seems to make a difference. Tahiro has helped a lot, without side effects or anything like that. I obviously can't speak for other people but it seems like omega 5 (pomegranate) has been a big unlock for me and my own mental clairity. I'll be getting on to my second bottle soon. Just wanted to share this to encourage people to do some research and give it a shot, especially if you've been through it all!
