My girlfriend is Iranian and pushed for us to order Tahdig Lover which she had seen on Insta.
On the website I placed a first order and it didn't go through because of a wrong payment Selection (tried Klarna and didn't work for x Reason). As I didn't receive any confirmation order, and after waiting half a day, I've received a possibility to get a discount for my order because, I had missed the previous one.
I then ordered discounted the Tahdig Lover duo pack (previously selected). However, I was charged twice: Once from the previous order and then the discounted order.
We've received 2 Tahdig Lover Duo Pack. When we explained the problem by email, Sahir was extremely fast, kind and responsive. She refunded me immediately (the discounted one) and told us to keep it because as it is a small business she couldn't organise a shipping back. We'll still ship it back at our cost.
The Tahdig is very good and my girlfriend is very happy.
It's refreshing to have a human by email. It's less nice to know that nowadays you have to wait to be reached out by email to get a discount, but hey, everyone does it, and the recovery was excellent. I still give 5 stars.

I love my new pot! I have five Tahdig Lover pots, and the new models are mind-blowing. The tahdig is even crispier than with the previous models.
I use the previous models in my air fryer, and my chicken and meat taste like barbecue! I love everything about them.

This batch was not as good as the…
This batch was not as good as the previous ones we bought. The quality is not the same. The paint on the outside and the inside granite coating is not the same.

Thank you for your review. I’d really appreciate if you could explain what you meant by “not as good,” because we’ve actually improved this batch ,the lid quality, the coating, and the finish have all been upgraded. The grey colour is also slightly brighter by design.
We’re a small business and it means a lot to us to see what you didn’t like as our valued customer. It also help us to improve anything that needs improving in the next batch 🙏🏽
Constructive criticism.
The product is great but your documentation is really not very good. I suggest you hire a cook book author to re-write it.
You delivery from UK to US was also very good.
