Extremely disappointed that the package was said to be delivered but nothing arrived. I will never order from this company again. No response from this company following my complaint.

They are scammers they do not deliver…
They are scammers they do not deliver your package in the designated time frame that they say they offer. My dad ordered my Christmas pants last month and we still haven’t received no type of shipping update I don’t not recommend at all and if I don’t receive my pants before Christmas we will sue them for false advertising and I’ll make sure there website gets took down!!!!

I only get my bonnets and durags from this site/store and all last order was lost in transit I emailed them about it and they sent me a new one within the week Very good all around the board.

it says 5-10 days for shipping and i have been waiting 15 days so far. i contacted customer service via email as well as DM through instagram and have yet to receive a reply. i am extremely frustrated. i ordered a durag for my boyfriend for a gift and it won't even be here in the fact that there is no tracking number on my order as well is odd to me. i just want my package ! guess i should've read the reviews before ordering. i will update when i receive the durag!

durags ripped after a month and a half
I bought my boyfriend 2 silk durags for his birthday and not even a month and a half later, they are tearing! Not just one or two tears either. They pretty much need to go in the trash. This is so upsetting.

First and foremost I would like to thank the customer service team for being very responsive to email inquiries. I had some shipping inquiries and an associate of Taelor boutique helped me figure out where my package was and it went pretty well. The products I ordered came in a very neat package, no rips and tears anywhere and the packaging they came in was nicely designed 👍🏾. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking to purchase any hair accessory products from them, I know I will!

Nonetheless a Worthy Business
I love Taelor Boutique! I understand that it gets busy here so I’m not pissed off about my second order with them. However I will say I’m saddened a bit. I purchased the red durag with the black lining, and the color was more of a burgundy, not like the picture displayed. I was also disappointed in the shipping time it took a little longer than advertised. I’m keeping the durag because I’m sure my husband will love it. Buy the knotted turbans they are super soft!

Durags are of decent quality. Colors are very vibrant!
My only problem was my order took quite a while to ship, and even longer to get to my doorstep. Contacting customer support was also inconvenient because of the long wait for a reply.
