Very disappointed in service received from this cleaning company. Services advertised not received. Was sent a certified letter by this owner with a legal suit for my earlier review! I have the certified letter as proof. No defamatory statement by telling I wasn't satisfied. The owner constantly flags my reviews. I was treated unfairly by the owner! I have the right to express my views on how my cleaning job was handled without being flagged! He is constantly replying to my reviews by telling untruths about me. Totally unfairI Nothing I've written is defamatory, only the truth about my experience with his cleaning. He needs to accept my opinion of the job he did. I have since found a great cleaning company that do what they promise to do. Research well before hiring any cleaning company, that's my advice to anyone!

We're disappointed to see that your borderline defamatory statements have persisted, despite your earlier, more inflammatory review being revised after it was found to contain serious factual inaccuracies and defamatory statements.
You are entitled to express your opinion. However, when a public review includes false claims of fraud, fabricated events, and personal attacks, we have every right—and responsibility—to protect our business through proper legal channels.
Our communication with you was not a “threat,” but a formal cease and desist letter based on your original published statements, which exceeded the boundaries of honest opinion. Those remarks included many fabricated allegations —none of which occurred and none of which were raised during the walkthrough you completed and approved at the time of service.
We continue to stand by the quality of our work and the professionalism of our team. We’re proud of the reputation we’ve earned over more than a decade of service in this community.
For clarity: yes, we did use the Swiffer wipes you gave us. Yes, we cleaned as instructed. Yes, we completed a walkthrough before we left, during which you raised no concerns and actually allowed us to leave saying I quote "everything looks good" "Its all fine". Strange behavior if you believed your home was not cleaned to your satisfaction.
As for your comments about our appearance, housing, and personal lives—we’re a cleaning service, not a beauty pageant or real estate agency.
Professionalism is measured by results, not by hairstyles or zip codes.
You also claim to have found fault with multiple cleaning companies in your area and declare that our reviews must be fake. Ironically, that’s exactly the kind of pattern real people notice when evaluating credibility.
Our business has served this region for over a decade, with real clients and real reviews. We’re not perfect, but we do stand by our work—and we correct issues when given the opportunity. What we don’t do is engage in name-calling or fiction-writing contests.
We sincerely hope your new cleaning company is a better fit.
We wish you the best in your search for satisfaction and will consider this matter closed.

We used Spotlessly Clean for a move in deep clean on our new home. They showed up early, and stayed late, never stopping. Great work, and well worth the cost. It was one less thing on our busy schedule to take care of. I would highly recommend them to be used

Requested a deep clean. Can't complain at all about the service I've recieved. Cleaners have been friendly, high quality and flexible. Always easy to communicate with. The steam clean of the carpets was done to a high standard with some of the marks other companies had been unable to get off removed.
The office even called us to let us know they'd be 15 min late (nice attention to detail). Good communication via email, quick to respond. Planning to sign up for a regular cleaner now. Absolutely recommend Spotlessly Clean House for all your cleaning needs. Keep it up!

They kept me informed on when they would get there, and they worked tirelessly for close to 10 hours. Ms Tabby is amazing, just keeps going and going.
