Desperatly in need of live stock management system
They would improve dramatically if they focused on only selling items that were actually available to be sold instead of accepting payment and then discovering they no longer have the goods.

Our sincere apologies again for this. We do have a live stock management system, however there are limitations when stock is live on multiple marketplaces as we did try to explain to you. We immediately refunded your order as soon as the stock discrepancy was noticed and offered you a superior model at a discounted rate.

Excellent, responsive customer service answering questions before I made the purchase. Really fast delivery. Refurbished laptop in perfect condition and a great saving on new price. Really pleased!

Good price, no communication,
Impossible to speak to someone or have an email reply, but product delivered in less than 48 hours.
In reply to your reply, in the same way you save your time and money by not considering emails and calls from customers, I save my time not going to find and sending what you requried. I am the customer, you should care first. Your answer seesm to be make up to hide the reality: you do nto care for customer individual needs.

Service was great and fast delivery, also the return service was great as the phone had heating issues. Would recommend buying again.

Can't fault Tab Retail
I have always been one for telling people how it really is with a company and i don't hold back. First time dealing with Tab Retail and its been a really good experience and they price items at a realistic price and no matter how hard you try and get the price down, They will not move. I bought a lenovo gaming PC, Not only do you get their 12 months warranty, I even bagged a 12 months Lenovo warranty too, So Least it gives me options to extend the lenovo warranty later on. Delivery was less than 24 hours after buying . Honestly, I find the communication great with Martin and Lauren really quick. I cannot speak regards other peoples experiences who have given low scores, But i have read the replies from Lauren and i think she has been more than fair. One thing to note, If you buy something , There is no harm in seeing if you can apply for the manufacturers warranty, Just in case.

Very happy with the system and the sound is fantastic
It arrived quickly and has no noticeable issues so very happy as the price was significantly lower than other sellers

In an era where service levels are dropping this experience bucks the trend
Delivered exactly as described and with prompt tracked delivery through Royal Mail. It was an unused open-box Dell laptop and was marketed as having Dell warranty to Nov 2024. the micro SD slot was not functioning so contacted Dell with the service tag and an engineer came 2 days later to replace the motherboard. Would definitely buy again with this level of service.
