Great second hand laptop
Wanted a second hand laptop for my son as it’s his first laptop so I didn’t want to spend too much in case he didn’t use it very much. Found a minecraft one that they were selling at curry’s etc. When it came it was literally like new, I wouldn’t have even guessed it was pre owned. My son loves it and it was a great price. Also a bonus is how the website offers Klarna as a payment

Waited for 6 days for delivery daye after order was made then order was cancelled n refunded. No explanation.

Needed a replacement laptop for my…
Needed a replacement laptop for my daughter after buying her a “brand new” one from else where for Christmas and it not working and had been messed around for over 2 weeks I did not want to go back to that place. Anyway I came across TAB retail and could not rate them anymore if I tried. Considering it was a graded used laptop it does not have one mark on it and runs perfectly and super fast delivery.

The item sent was damaged in 3 different places and as it is a laptop, this was not expected, nor was it described as a damaged goods.
Very disappointed and will not use this company again.

The item you purchased was listed as damaged - the defects were listed, photographed and made clear on the listing.
A return for a full refund was offered and completed the same day that this arrived back with us.
A faulty laptop was sent to me by saying re furbished but it was not in full working condition further more I await many days to return item and finally sent it by self and request a return refund for
The company sent me laptop saying it's re furbished but it was not in full working condition plus after using half hour it get warm from down.
