Give the money back that u have blocked without any reasoning. You are unreasonable beings, every time there is proof provided to you (which you also ask for), you make sure to come up with a different reason every time. Too much time wasted with you. I encourage everybody to make the formal complaints towards the authorities so that companies like this will disappear

Of all the services we have ever used and this includes services that are not merchant or banking related, T Payments is the most pleasurable to work with. The support team always gets back to us quickly with accurate information and they always help us to achieve the desired result. We work a lot with Giancarlo Campodonico, and he is always knowledgeable, helpful, and eager to get things done for us. I just can't say enough about how well managed T Payments is and I highly recommend it to any business looking for a superior Merchant Processing experience.

Amazing service and thorough company and professionals

These guys were really easy to work with. It was nice that I got to talk to the VP of Business Development, let her know about some of my concerns and she explained them and helped me out. They wanted my business and showed it...and didn't try to scam me (which is easy in this industry). Loved working with them, referred a few companies their way...and glad I met them.

I finally have a reliable, solid solution where I feel confident in the integrity of the company and its employees. EVERY single client has been very happy with the exceptional service they have received. Any minor issues have been addressed immediately and promptly. Which have been so few and far between.

So far very satisfied with T1. Everyone has been very helpful and professional which is more than I can say about a lot of merchant accounts I've used in the past. My only complaint would be the 10% rolling reserve and of course the ridiculously expensive rates, but that is expected in this industry. Hopefully, T1 will be a permanent solution for us. :-)
