Excellent customer service
I had an issue with ordering the wrong part and it was rectified with ease and very satisfactorily. Excellent service and communication throughout. Happy with products, price and packaging. Would certainly go to them again.

They use FedEx but have no options on re-delivery.
Lost money on this.
Do not use.

You say you have other options but they are not presented to the user at time of purchase.
Also local drop off is not offered.
I appreciate you do try to offer option but your website offered options let you down.

Website was very easy to navigate, I then had a question regarding a product and called. The query was dealt with swiftly and informatively. Very happy overall. Parts arrived quickly and packaged perfectly. Will deal with again when required.
