A couple of years ago I ordered a part for my gate opener. Response via email was quick and courteous. I paid and received a response that the goods were on the way. A few days later they arrived in good order. Very satisfied and reasonable price...cheaper than locally. I live in Perth, Western Australia. Another part has now died so I have just placed another order....with high confidence.

Ich möchte mich den ganzen Vorrednern nicht anschließen. Ich habe einen FAAC Motor zu einem unschlagbaren Preis sogar per Rechnung erhalten. Die Lieferung hat sich etwas verzögert, allerdings ist das zur Zeit nix aussergewöhnliches. Eine Statusüberwachung wo das Paket gerade ist wäre allerdings wünschenswert. Motor wurde aus gesundheitlichen Gründen erst 2 Wochen nach der Lieferung ausgepackt und geprüft alles top!

I placed the order for my gate actuator with Systems 4 you before I read the comments on this site. After I read the comments, I thought I was in big trouble and I started contemplating how to get my money back. I was really pleasantly surprised when in just 3 days I received the confirmation that the order had been shipped and a few days later I received it. Somehow, it worked for me just fine. I received what I ordered in a short time for a moderate price. I can only suggest that the company starts taking PayPal for extra security assurance.

Långsam men bra leverans.
Beställde två nya fjärrkontroller till garageport. Betalde och väntade...Inget kom. Skickade mail och fick svar om sena leveranser. Väntade och väntade. Och gav tillslut upp. Men då min sista aktiva kontroll började krångla tog jag kontakt igen. De sa då att paketet funnits på utlämningsstället men ej blivit uthämtat. Han skickade då igen och nu har jag fått kontrollerna. Så tillslut nöjd och glad.

On the begin of January this year I ordered a Came Gard G5000 barrier with a long bom, a lot of accessories and delivery to Sweden. Within several days of mailing, I received many sensible tips about required devices and accessories. Despite the fear of sending a large sum of money to Poland, everything went well. Order has been delivered personally by employer (boss?). In the future, I will probably use the Systems 4 You services again.

Do not order here, the owner will lie about sending the products and will never send them. They will take your money and stop responding. Even if a first transaction/order seems to go fine, do not be fooled! After you order for a larger sum, they will never deliver.

Sehr gute Email-Kommunikation, sofortige Reaktion auf Anfragen, originale Ware vollständig und originalverpackt, sehr preisgünstig!
Negativ:
Lieferung hat lang gedauert, leider keine automatische Bestätigung über erfolgreiche Kaufabwicklung.

I made an order from this company. I was a bit concerned about the lack of regular payment options (a bank transfer was requested) so I decided to google the company. Coming to this site was not good. Too many negative experiences. I emailed to cancel the order. Grzegorz responded and said he would ship the component and I could pay after I was satisfied. Although I am naturally suspicious of internet transactions I couldn't see the downside so agreed to this proposal. The part arrived in 7 working days and was totally as described.

I can't speak to the negative experiences listed here, but I can say that my experience was first class. Never has an internet merchant shipped me the goods without first requiring payment. Thank you Grzegorz!

J'avais déjà commandé il y a longtemps sur ce marchand, mais en passant par Ebay, sans aucun problème. C'est pour cela que j'ai eu de nouveau confiance a recommander, mais cette fois ci en passant en direct (car Ebay ne propose plus ce vendeur). Les choix de paiement sont un peu limité: virement bancaire.
Après plusieurs échanges avec Grzegorz et plus d'un mois et demi d'attente j'ai réussi à avoir mon article. Apparemment problème de transport en colis postal en livraison normal. Grzegorz a renvoyé un autre colis par UPS et là en quelques jours je l'ai bien reçu.

Comme les autres, je suis victime de ce site qui semble être une escroquerie organisée.
Commande passée début Ocobre, suivis de x mails de relance auquels le vendeur répond à chaque que je serai livré sous 8 jour, non suivis d'effets.

Cela m'apprendra de ne pas avoir vérifier les avis avant de passer commande...

J'ouvre donc un contentieux auprès de mon assistance juridique

Voilà un mois jour pour jour que vous m avez promis une livraison rapide par ups et toujours rien se qui continue de confirmer me propos
Dans l attente de mon colis qui j espère me sera livré un jour ou alors rembourser pourquoi pas c est bientôt Noël

Ich bin sehr zufrieden. Habe paar Teile über systems4you.de bestellt und kamen dann paar Tage später an. Es fand zwar keine Kommunikation statt, so dass ich nicht wusste ob überhaupt was kommt, aber es kam.

De utlovade att man skulle få sin vara inom 3-7 arbetsdagar. Så den 8/10 beställde jag en garagefjärrkontroll. Den skulle ha skickats från lagret 14/10 enligt deras informationssida. Nu den 16/11 har fortfarande ingen garagefjärrkontroll dykt upp. Betalningen sker även med iban-nummer vilket borde göra en misstänktsam.

Do NOT buy anything from them.
The well articulated representative happily takes your money, promise the item has been shipped then more or less stops answering your e-mails. I'm in the progress preparing a lawsuit and I just filed a local complaint in Poland, this will be interesting.

I've ordered twice from the online store and I'm in New Zealand. Very prompt and friendly services. Products work as expected. Highly recommended.

J ai commandé un article chez system4you le 05 juillet. après plusieurs recommandation par mail pour avoir un numéro de suivi du coli.... j'ai enfin eu un retour du service client le 13 juillet, m'affirmant que mon coli allez être expédié le 15 juillet
à ce jour malgré plusieurs réclamation par mail je n'ai aucun retour du service client! je leur ai demandé une confirmation qu'il avait bien l'article en stock ou de procéder au remboursement. mais system4you répond absent...
je ne vous conseille pas ce vendeur, pas sérieux, manque de professionnalisme. je vais entamé une procédure et me rapprocher des associations de consommateur pour dénoncer ce site qui ressemble bien à une arnaque !

Arnaque, à éviter absolument.

Commandé un digicode de porte de garage somfy
débité aussitôt, jamais livré malgré plusieurs relances et absolument aucune réponse du vendeur

heureusement, payé par paypal, qui a très bien géré l'affaire et a remboursé.

NB : mis sous pression par paypal, le vendeur a communiqué un faux numéro de suivi postal, c'est dire le niveau de malhonnêteté
