AllClipDown works MUCH better than the freebee I was using to download YouTube audio. Easy to use and results are rockin!

In April I purchased PDFGeeker 6.5 for Mac from syscute for €33.18. In my application folder the PDFGeeker app version listed was 1.0. Then I noticed that the spinning wheel went on every time I saved anything, not knowing if it was related to the download. The app would not convert a 73 page scanned pdf to Word. Syscute did it for me with OCR, which they needed because my pdf was scanned, although the advertising said “Convert pdf to Word”. I thanked them. The converted Word document that I received was 133 pages long, packed with typos on every line. The website is misleading and the app is useless. I asked for a refund and dealt with resistance and a bargaining attempt, expressed in unclear English lacking context. They failed to address their deceptive sale tactic, and were oblivious to their “30 days money back guarantee” commitment. It is only after I added the sales department to the cc’ed email addresses that I got my refund. It took three weeks and 28 email exchanges. I uninstalled the app and the spinning wheel disappeared. I will stay away from syscute.com.

Received great help installing Windows 11 on my unsupported desktop PC.

Was having problems getting the AllClipDown program to work properly. Had several communications with your support staff. They were relentless at helping me get the situation resolved. A big thank you for all your help.

The thunderstorms and power outages finally left, and I was able to use the Syscute ISO to successfully install Windows 11 on my two Lenovo M92p PCs and my Surface Pro 4. For some reason, I had to try twice on the Surface Pro, but the second time was a charm. At any rate, I am super pleased, and the extra customer support Syscute provided made all the difference. It was so good to know that Syscute was there working to support WinBootMate. I read all the Windows 11 horror stories, and I like Windows 11 even more than Windows 10. It is "cleaner".

Syscute actually came up with the great brainstorm idea to help you install actually the best windows operating system Win 11 24H2 since windows came out and help you install it and bypass some requirements which MS wants.

I had a problem with my Allclipdown app so I contacted Support and they help me overcome it. All throughout they replied to my emails very quickly and guided me through to a satisfactory resolution. I am very satisfied with the service I got from Support.

Absolute rip off!!!. First you install winBootMate then you have to pay for it to work then after you buy and run it it doesn’t allow you to save files from win pro 10 over to 11. There was no documentation or prompt to call support it simply would not allow you to save files. I’ve been trying for days to get a refund and all I’m getting is bs run around from their “support” stay away from these crooks! Update May 17th they refuse to refund me or respond to any more of my emails

Syscute tech support excellent and quick. WinBootMate worked perfectly (although I was a bit confused when I tried to use what turned out to be a corrupt image of Windows). Recommended.

Similarly to the other reviews on here I found Syscute support to be prompt,efficient and simple to follow. It enabled me, with my minimal computer knowledge, to upgrade my 9 year old Packard Bell PC and my laptop from Win 10 to Win 11. Very impressive programme and service. Thanks Guys. Robin Ward

Malwarebytes reports software as malware.

The product support I received was fast and solved the problem immediately. I switched to Syscute's AllClipDown from another product. The AllClipDown is blazingly fast and accurate.

This software actually works, and if it doesn't, they have a plan B that does. Great timely support and will gladly help you get plan B to execute. Great product and great support.

The WinBootMate software works as advertised. Support (when needed) was swift and effective. Thank you.

Had issues with AllClipDown. Emailed support & quickly received instruction that fixed my download issues.

I my case the Win11 iso available was 24H2. I tried several ways to get the bypass to work with no luck. WinBootMate support was quick to help and provided the 23H2 as shown in the examples. The 23H2 did work but only with the custom install. Each cpu generation has its limitations so perseverance is the key. Asking for help from WinBootMate support may be a better choice over giving up.

I as having issues downloading music from youtube after the AllClip program updated. I reached out to customer service via email and received a reply right away with step by step instructions on how to update the program and clear out the hidden cache which resolved the problem.

Very efficient and their back team are on the ball and very quick to sort out any issues.

Winbootmate- I required an in-place install as I needed to keep the existing Win10 environment and apps. After dealing with support all went well and no issues experienced. Recommend you add this sort of info to your FAQ and save the hassle. Otherwise recommend the software.
