I tried a few companies to ask about getting my job done. This company, (Synergy Recycling) proved to me that they were sincere about fulfilling my job for me. They programmed me in for their attention as soon as was practical. Hannah contacted me when this was to occur and kept me up to date with progress including time of day of uplift. When a final day and approximate time for uplift of my job was arranged, they told me their driver would contact me the day before he was due to visit me. Sure enough he did contact me to finalise the exact timing of uplift for my job. The driver arrived at my address bang on the time he had confirmed.
I was impressed with the communications and practical performance of both the company coordinators and also the person doing the actual job. This attention and accuracy to detail is quite rare now.
It was a pleasure working with this company and its employees, and would not hesitate to utilise their services again and would also recommend them to anyone else who might require their services.
I stand by my review of this actual operation by this company, especially the driver who carried out my small job. The operational side of the job was very slick and well executed: however, I have just paid the invoice I was sent on 18/December/24. I was shocked to discover the sum required to be paid on the invoice was 124% of the sum I had been quoted (in writing) for the execution of my job. This is the original quote plus just under an additional quarter on top of that sum. I voiced my displeasure about this, but decided to take the easy way out and just pay the sum required on the invoice. I am not a business type of person and thought I would have been no match against these people during any ensuing discussions/arguments that would almost certainly arise. I thought I would mention this to make others aware that something similar may repeat itself. On the plus side, the actual job was completed in a very satisfactory manner. It's a pity about this sour note at the end.

Only collected form HWRC missed the Transfer Station and did not book in at the transfer station weighbridge as requested

vehicle arrived on time ,the driver could not have been more helpful very skilled manoeuving in a tight yard a true credit to his company .Gas bottles are a constant problem for waste disposal 0perators there is only one company to ring SYNERGY ....
