Paula and Helen at Synergised gave me great advice, testing and a solid protocol helping me through some health problems I’ve been having. Some remain unskilled which they are still helping me find an answer to and they are very dedicated in this.
The daily essential formula is a great way to start the day supporting your body and hormones, easy to make and tastes great.
Since I’ve been following the plan my skin looks great and I generally have better moods and more energy.
I have great trust in Paula’s knowledge and would highly recommend to anyone struggling with unexplained symptoms.
You can spend a lot of money on supplements not really knowing what you really need.
Synergised can guide you in the right direction and take away the anxiety which comes from not really knowing what is causing your symptoms.

To Paula and all of the team at synergised, firstly i want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for the support you've shown me. This testimonial has taken some time to write, apologies! but it's been very busy with our new , much loved baby girl. Paula came into my life at just the right time, I had been on a 27 month fertility journey after suffering a miscarriage and the longer into my journey I got, the less hopeful I became that we would be able to complete our family, I really went through the motions. I was lucky enough to receive a pre launch order of Supergreens. It is a very tasty workhorse in just two teaspoons that more than compensates for my very restrictive diet due to ulcerative colitis that includes no greens at all, including cauliflower and beetroot.

The first drink gave me a high feeling, I can only assume because my body had been deprived for so long.

Supergreens not only gives me a comprehensive intake of nutrients, it does so with absolutely no irritation of the colitis. I also noticed that a skin condition on my feet that I had for years has almost completely gone.

I play guitar…a lot…and noted that my nails are much stronger and healthier. They used to split a lot and have a powder-like texture at the tips. Now they have a shine and are healthy looking. I know that I am a guy talking about nails, but this is important for guitarists. 😁

I also have more stamina and my daily fatigue episodes have reduced to negligible levels. I do not have cravings any more; my fuel tank saying “everything fine here.”

I take Supergreens mixed with Daily Essential Formula first thing in the morning. I was not sure if I could mix them together and my query to SYNERGISED was promptly responded to, as are all communications with SYNERGISED.

I thought that I was doing great with the Daily Essential Formula and the combination with the Supergreens made it so much more. I would really recommend Supergreens and Daily Essential Formula if you are struggling with IBD or any dietary intake problems.

It’s not the fault of the product but unfortunately for me, it contains iodine, which I hadn’t realised. As I have hypothyroidism, treated with levothyroxine, iodine is not recommended.

DEF - Finally, a supplement powder I can take daily without causing stomach issues—and it tastes great too!

I've tried countless brands in the past and ended up binning them after just a few uses. But with this one, I'm already on my second batch! In fact, I bought three batches blindly when I first ordered because it was sold out for a while, and I was desperate to try. It was a bit of a risk since I hadn't tasted it before, but I've been following Synergised for years and trust that Paula puts her heart and soul into everything at Synergised. I am very happy with how easy and straightforward the process of ordering the at home functional lab testing.
