The most comfortable swimwear I’ve ever purchased! I could sleep in this the material its just so soft! I’ll definitely be purchasing more in future as it’s true to size, highly recommend!

Sub-standard customer service, ridiculous delayed responses, restricted payment methods (no PayPal) and all round poor value for money. I have had to return the same top twice due to ordinary sizing guidelines and I’m out of pocket each time for shipping. Shani grimmond get your business together and hire some decent administrative staff who can respond quicker than 2 weeks from multiple communication streams.

Terrible service, scamming my friend!! Do not produce the return form and will not give my friend a refund when I was guaranteed onere. Ridiculous! Horrible, horrible service. Do not buy. So many people have tried to contact them with no luck whatsoever! They ignore all my messages and delete comments.

Terrible customer service with no response.
I emailed the company to receive a returns form which I never got a reply to, I then messaged them on instagram to organise a form which they said they would have sent to me, it's been 2 weeks since i've contacted them and still no returns form!

I have nothing negative to say about the bathers as they were amazing and flattering to my body shape, and I received endless compliments on them, just wish the customer service was a little better at responding to customers emails.

By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced, one star is more than what it’s deserved. Ordered a product a month ago, returned it, and still not heard a thing. Waiting three weeks to receive my return. Over priced product with disgusting poor customer service; does anyone actually work for this company. Email and emails have been sent with no responses and if I get one it’s close to a week and a half later. I would never recommend this company or product to anyone! Beyond disgraceful and disgusted!

Absolutely terrible service!
Ordered a bikini set and only received the bottoms in the order. After three weeks of no response to my emails, finally got a response offering a replacement and still haven't received an email for another 2 weeks. Shocking service, avoid at all costs! Expensive bikinis, mediocre quality and shockingly terrible customer service!

Absolutely disgusting, placed my order 4 weeks ago and still nothing to show for it!
Can barely get a response to any of my emails, I’ve been extremely patient considering the circumstance of COVID etc. but now it’s just a joke.
Unfortunate I can’t comment on the product because I haven’t received them, but customer service is terrible!
How disappointing.

I bought the Linial Set and was superrrrrrr disappointed in the quality of the swim pieces. Although the tops cut and shape was stunning They felt like bad gym gear tbh and the stretch bands continually flip and tangle up in the bikini. I would not recommend this product. So disappointed.

Super disappointed with the customer service. I ordered the Vital Top with the matching bottoms in the blue. Sadly when it arrived it was too small so I emailed customer service in regards to sending it back and exchanging for a bigger size. In the response I received I was NOT told that they would not be restocking that style and did not find this out until after I had already sent it back. This honesty makes me so upset because if I was aware of this I would of kept it and dealt with it being to small, now I'm left with no top. AND all customer service said was to re order it off the page??? however it is not available anymore! AND when I commented on their social media post I did not get a response on what they suggest I do. Defiantly wont be suggesting anyone to buy from this website.
