I was terrified of getting rejected by Amazon’s previewer because my manuscript had a ton of footnotes and indented poetry blocks. My only tiny complaint was that they took three days to send over the initial draft proof instead of the two days promised in the quick-turnaround package. The quality was spot-on though so I’m happy.
