No items received, no response to emails, never got items. Filed chargeback with CC Company.

Couldnt leave no star.
Trying for weeks to return a damaged product and no reply!!

Ordered and payed in November 25. Never get a delivery and also no answer to my Mail.

Ordered and made full payment (Pay Pal) on 22nd Nov 2025. Hv not received the item. Sent e-mails but no reply. Not sure if can get refund since payment through Pay Pal……..

Need a ZERO star rating! I placed an order...never received it! They do not reply to emails. You CANNOT track your order and there is no 24/7 support. Do not order from them. Luckily, I used Paypal and received a full refund.

If I could give zero stars I would. Bought the retro gear clock-it arrived broken-glass broken face dial broken. They advertised it as luxury but it was cheap plastic so even that was a lie
Luckily i went through PayPal so I have got a refund as they do not reply or acknowledge your emails

Paid 70 for airship model never received it tried to contact them impossible I've been scammed

Sent for the working model motor cycle what your receive is a none working cheap model not like the one advertised . No point in sending the an email they do not answer.

I ordered a Kawasaki Hr2 model I seen on Facebook through the website. it was a present for husband it was a nice size could do a lot things do sounds and lights and effects but what I got was a smaller model and the back wheel is the only thing that moves .I contacted the website on a number of occasions no response I informed them I returned the model which I didn't want I contacted the ones which shipped it out they said there was a selection of models on the site but there was only one on this site they mislead me the situation is ongoing to get my money back luckily I kept emails for proof and posting back very unhappy

Saw an advertisement on Facebook, were this company was selling a MOC designers lego style brick car without his consent!! They even went so far to use picture from his website, were the clearly show is watermark in the background!!

I have contacted them 3 times over the last 3 weeks for a refund...you can only email or use their 24/7 chat (which isn't 24/7 as no one replied. Nearly £40 is a lot of money for me to lose as am a pensioner. I can only keep trying...there isn't even a phone number...am so annoyed that I could have been scammed.

Did ship a faulty unit and they do not intend to replace it or refund the money!

Support do not answer emails after shipment so they are scamming people, web site states they have support and will answer within some time! But I’m currently been trying to get response from them for nearly 1 and a half month now and no answer at all!
