Formatting was fine, but it took longer than I’d hoped. Communication could’ve been better; I had to follow up multiple times. Overall decent job but room for improvement!

At first
At first, I wasn’t happy with how my cover draft turner out-it felt off. I explained what I wanted and they reworked it properly the second time. After that everything else went smoothly!👀

A fantastic experience.
I have had such a fantastic experience with Sydney Book Publishers. From the first call & choices of contract stage with Marcus Hale, to the introduction of their easy to understand editing process with Jacob Baron, I knew Sydney Book Publishers was the right firm for me. Oliver Brooks was then assigned as my Senior Book Consultant. He has been incredibly supportive in patiently guiding me through the entire process from editing, proof-reading, formatting to the final stage of publishing my book as an e-book, paper back & hard copy. Through this journey Oliver’s knowledge of the industry was very professional & invaluable; his respect for the genre’ of my book & my style of writing was always encouraged & gave me confidence. Nothing was too much trouble! Because computer & technology can be quite frustrating at times, Olive was always the calm & reassuring help we needed, that all would be well.
