Very happy we chose to use this company. From the first contact we had (on the phone), to them delivering the repaired dining room chairs, they were nothing but professional, helpful, friendly and accommodating. The chairs all look perfect. Couldn’t have asked for a better result. Would use again 👍🏻

The whole process from start to finish was highly professional. Firstly the video call (I was too lazy to wait for samples) was done in a way to make my life easier, comparing colours and textures and always there to answer questions. I must also highly praise the guys who collected and delivered my sofa. The large sofa is too big for the lifts and they cleverly manoeuvred the sofa up and down 5 flights of stairs, always ensuring that neither sofa or walls were damaged, but always with a smile and professional attitude. The final product, basically looks and feels like a brand new sofa - highly recommend this firm…..

I would highly recommend this family business. From start to finish the service has been excellent. Great communication, excellent workmanship, my old 'Parker Knoll' sofa has been transformed. I'm a very happy customer.

A fantastic service from initial order to completion of cushions. Responded to my emails almost immediately, pricing clear and lots of help choosing an accurate colour match to the existing sofa. Will definitely use this company again and no hesitation in recommending them. I am thrilled with my new cushion covers and the sofa can now continue to be used rather than get thrown away.

South West Upholstery recently made new cushions for our conservatory furniture. We are delighted with the quality and appearance of the cushions, which have given our furniture a new lease of life.
Staff at the company were easy to work with, provided lots of fabric choices, and kept us in touch from the first enquiry.

We have used south west upholstery a few times for different reasons this time it was to cover 5 of our dining room chairs and they had to match the colour to the other 5 chairs we have … Abbie was very helpful with helping us pick a colour match and when we went to pick them up when they were ready and with great delight they were a perfect colour match… I can’t recommend this company enough every time we’ve used them. We’ve always dealt with Abbie and she is so professional and such a lovely lady to speak with and helps with every detail that you ask of her. Also the team that work there are all very polite and very helpful when you go to their premises. Would definitely use them again

Abbie’s help and customer service along with the restoration team’s work has been faultless. The chair has been in the family for generations with no TLC and it has been given a new lease of life from SWU and looks incredible. Thank you

The whole were great to work with - from the staff in the office providing the quote and arranging a very quick turnaround pick up service ( pick up Friday returned Monday morning) , to the great upholstery job provided and finally ( and certainly not least) to the team member ( sorry didn't get his name) who delivered our dental chair back this morning and refitted it for us. Couldn't have asked for a better service, will definitely be using this company again - thank you.

SW Upholstery made cushions for benches on my self-built powerboat. They did an excellent job and were very easy to deal with. The cushions look great and give a very professional look to the whole boat!
