Cannot rate this company highly enough. After 17 years of hard use, the cushions on my old leather sofa were sagging and uncomfortable to sit on. They have a new lease of life now, and with a bit of work from a well known leather restorer kit, I find it hard to believe it's not a new sofa. They were professional from start to finish, and their glowing reviews are justly deserved. Thankyou SW Upholstery.

South West Upholstery did a great job renewing the upholstery on our dining room chairs. They picked up on time, did the work in the promised period, and delivered the chairs back promptly. The quality of the work was superb.

Great customer service, swatches posted so I could decide at home with choices, collected and delivered. Old chair looks new.

My piece of very neglected furniture was restored, reupholstered and returned in a better condition than when it was new 20 years ago. Excellent workmanship and quality of materials used.

The collection and delivery teams also deserve a mention for their friendliness, politeness and efficiency.

The only niggle I had was that communication before both collection and return could be better.

They have recently reupholstered two 1940’s arm chairs with raising arms that belonged to my late mother. They look fantastic and are so comfy. I am so thrilled to be able to use them again. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Collection and delivery were when convenient to us. We would certainly use them again!

I found the whole experience most enjoyable and hassle free right from the start with the friendly and helpful staff that explained everything in great detail to the men who came to pick up the sofa . They kept in contact giving me regular updates on the progress and when the job was completed they gave me a date and time that was convenient to me for the delivery which was carried out by too very friendly and professional delivery men
I would have no hesitation to use the company again or recommend them to friends and family

From the reviews I had already read I thought this company would be good to have my leather armchair re-upholstered. From my first enquiry the service was excellent, I explained the problem and sent photographs, my suite is very pale, so the company sent a good number of samples for me to choose the best match.
The armchair was picked up within a couple of weeks after agreeing the contract, and returned within contract time.
But the bottom line is that the quality of the workmanship is outstanding, and I could not be more pleased.

The ever growing expanding friendly family run business treats you like you expect to be treated when you are asking for a service from them. Nothing is off the table. They can do anything. If they haven’t done it before they WILL!!!

The highly trained team of upholsters is expanding through there apprenticeship training scheme which is producing the next generation of craftsmen and women. Also their foresight to invest in world leading cutting machinery which raises them head and shoulders above their competitors.

They have absolutely left me dumbfounded by the quality of craftsmanship and dedication to get it just right in my last ask from South West Upholstery.

I had a now obsolete broken massage chair with peeling faux leather totally striped down. The massage mechanism repaired and parts replaced to full working order. ( sourced from the other side of the world) Then the Icing on the cake is the quality of the real leather hides used to reupholster. BIG shout out to Mike ( upholsterer) who carried out this work of art!!

Can’t stop looking at it! It’s nearly as good as being sat in it getting a massage !

Our Ercol furniture has just come back from South West Upholstery and we are delighted. The furniture has been given a new lease of life. It is now comfortable and supportive instead of saggy. The men who delivered it were polite and helpful. The work did take longer than expected but now we have it the wait was worthwhile.

I recently had Two of my parents vintage Ercol 427 Chairs reupholstered by South West Upholstery, they both needed replacement Cushions & Covers on both the seats and backs of the chairs, all the work was Excellent on completion and the quality of the work was faultless, I also had one of my own chair of the same make reupholstered too. All were Delivered to me on completion on the day and time they gave me.
The only problem you will have is . . . . . picking the Fabric because they have so many to choose from. I highly recommend the Company and have no hesitation in doing so.

From the initial contact to get an estimate for reupholstering an old Parker Knoll recliner to the delivery of a beautifully refurbished chair, South West Upholstery were professional and a pleasure to deal with. The craftsmanship was superb, with great attention to details such as the piping and the pattern of the genuine Parker Knoll fabric. And to top it off, the price was not outrageous. Would definitely use them again and recommend them highly.

A great service including the helpful response to my initial enquiry, the sending of fabric samples for us to choose, and the collection and return of our dining chairs (we live in London). Our chairs look fabulous and are so comfortable.

Abbie and the team at South West Upholstery did a fantastic job for us making 14 bench cushions for a waiting area.

The process was so simple from quotation through to delivery, and we are extremely happy with the finished product.

This was the second time they have produced items for us, and the quality and service on both occasions was outstanding.

I am so pleased I found South West Upholstery . They successfully upholstered an armchair that I was given by a family member. The samples were so helpful and especially the collection and re delivery service. I was kept updated and what a wonderful surprise when I saw the chair in person. It looks amazing , it is now so supportive and has bought it back to life. I appreciated the level of detail to ensure the material was symmetrical and wow the buttons are fabulous. I honestly cannot thank the team enough from the sales team , crafts people to the helpful delivery driver - thank you all!!

Two of my chairs had sagged and they needed re-springing and padding. The work done was excellent.
I was disappointed however at the time to collect the items from my house. I had paid extra for collection/delivery but had to wait several weeks for it to fit into their time-slots for collection efficiency
