Swoop team are exceptional, I’ve never been as supported by any other agency before. They are always available for any questions and eager to help. It’s great that they assign each client to a particular person to get in touch and that person looks after me throughout. She even left me a bottle to enjoy in my cabin when I arrived because when I booked, I was asked if celebrating anything, I said booking Antarctica was a late birthday present for myself. So I was pleasantly surprised. The tour itself was amazing, I just wished I wasn’t half dead (nausea) while crossing the Drake.

Their service was excellent. Marta and Ale (Alexandra) of Swoop recommended a well-suited Antarctica cruise for us and prepared us thoroughly for the whole amazing experience.

We wanted peace of mind when booking our trip Antarctica, given the investment and the logistical prep involved. Swoop helped us find the right company for what we wanted and supported us along the way with our many requests. The webinar a few weeks prior to our departure was really informative too. It was a great trip also thanks to Swoop’s attention and organisation.

This agency simply provided excellent guidance and helped me to make the right judgments to lead to an outstanding travel experience. Swoop arranged an excellent cruise with Oceanwide Expeditions to the Falkland Islands, South Georgia Island, and the Antarctica Peninsula.
Through Swoop I was able to obtain a substantial discount on the cruise. Swoop coordinated the different aspects of the trip in an efficient and punctual way.
The voyage on the ship Hondius of Oceanwide Expeditions was an excellent cruise with many experienced guides, exciting zodiak cruises and landings, and wonderful food in the ship's restaurant.

Completed all excursions. Mountaineering,kyacking,camping, and the Polar Plunge. Food was great. Staff took excellent care of us. They were very nice. Always very helpful. Met people from all over the world.

Trvel agents were responsive to our questions and needs

Shortly after boarding I started meeting other solo travelers, many of whom also chose to have their own cabin. — but I seemed to be the only one who paid the single supplement. Apparently the ship waived the solo supplement but Swoop was completely out of the loop — making me the biggest Loser onboard. Swoop was lacking in many other areas (misleading packing info, hyping up a photography program that was unavailable, and sending the wrong pictures a week after other travelers got the right ones from their agents), but paying significantly more per person than anyone else on the ship is really is hard to overlook. Stay clear of this company.

We used Swoop to book a trip to Antarctica with Aurora Expeditions. Cassia was very helpful and patient, even sticking with us over two years when we delayed our trip. She helped us choose a boat and itinerary that was perfect for what we wanted. Once we had booked, Ale was helpful in answering all of our pre-cruise questions. Highly recommended!

Fabulous trip. Very organized, lots to do, incredible experience

The expedition was absolutely fabulous! The Swoop staff was so helpful and responsive prior to the trip whenever I had questions or concerns.

Swoop was great at trip organization and pre trip information. Each and every component of our somewhat complicated trip was planned exactly and each worked perfectly over the three week , two city, three country and 2 continent trip.
Communication with our trip planner was easy and informative. In my estimation it helped that she had experienced the same travel itinerary as we had. She sensed exactly what our needs were with trip arrangements and hotel and cruise company choices.

Everything was above expectations. The ship was wonderful. Cabins had lots of storage and hangers for all our belongings. Bed was very comfortable. The gentleman “Rolando” taking care of our cabin always went above and beyond. The staff from captain to the gentleman I met in charge of water purification were professional, educated and so friendly. Jennifer had some mobility issues getting on and off the zodiacs at the ship and shore. Everyone was so helpful. They all sort of adopted Jennifer in talking care of her to enjoy the expedition. The expedition team were all the best in every aspect. The bartenders, waiters and waitresses were friendly and efficient. The captain and all of his team were so friendly and easy to talk to. The chef and his staff provided an abundance of delicious food with a great variance. So you don’t think everything was perfect the last night on the buffet was the worst piece of steak I have ever tried to eat. Pretty little complaint for a perfect experience of Antarctica.

We had the most amazing trip to Antarctica - it’s hard to decscribe this whole experience until you have been there. Highly recommend this trip to everyone!!! Truly is once in a lifetime experience/
