As a full-service general contractor running both residential and commercial projects across Atlanta, keeping scheduling, invoicing, job costing, and client communication organized used to be a constant challenge. Swivl changed that.

The platform brought everything into one place — from dispatching crews to tracking job costs in real time to sending professional invoices directly from the field. What used to take multiple tools and a lot of manual effort now happens seamlessly. We can see exactly where we are on every job, catch margin issues before they become problems, and keep our clients informed throughout.

What really sets Swivl apart is the service behind the software. From day one we had a real person to call, text, or email — not a chatbot, not a ticket system. That level of support matters enormously when you're running active job sites and don't have time to troubleshoot on your own.

Swivl Review

Swivl does it all well. It streamlines the daily operations and management of our landscaping business making our work more efficient and productive all with cost effective pricing. The AI feature is great - very intuitive and can be used by supervisors as an estimator with job costing to labor, materials and equipment.

Excellent for startups

Excellent for startups. The team is awesome. These guys really give professional support and make sure you have the best experience with their platform and I don’t believe there is no that can beat their startup prices. Not to mention their are a lot of functions you get for free.
