Great contractor, serious and high quality
We engaged this contractor for a significant home renovation, which included a complete overhaul of our bathrooms (removal of old tiles, removal of debries, fix the walls, lay of new tiles, install new shower etc), professional floor sanding and treatment, and painting the entire apartment. We were extremely happy with the high quality of the final work, especially given the competitive price point they offered. Throughout the process, the team took good care, diligently using protections for our existing floors and walls, which we greatly appreciated. While we noted that the day-to-day worksite tidiness was occasionally lacking, we understood that this is an expected part of any active construction site and it didn't impact the result. The project timeline did overextend slightly past the original estimate, but the schedule was managed decently overall. Based on their skill and commitment to detail, we wholeheartedly recommend this team for anyone undertaking a similar complex renovation project. Also having the owner close to the project we felt our project was in good hands at all times.
