Carla not only responded really quickly to our invoicing issue but then went on to resolve the issue quickly and also issued a generous credit to compensate us for the minor inconvenience. This isn't the first time Carla has assisted us and as always she is really understanding and does her best to resolve our issues as soon as possible.
