The bracelet from my yachtmaster had become very worn and insecure. An experienced service station advised that a new bracelet was the only realistic but very expensive option. However, Martins repinned the bracelet and soldered the many worn bimetal links. The bracelet now looks well and, more importantly, is more secure than it has been for years. The turnaround was just over a week and delivery was by Royal Mail special delivery.

I have been very pleased with the whole service from my initial contact to having my bracelet returned. Martins gave me a fixed price from the first conversation and it did not change. From me posting the bracelet to its return was only 8 days.
I would not hesitate to recommend Martins for a bracelet refurbishment.

I sent my Rolex bracelet to Martins to allow him to evaluate the work required. He contacted me when he received it and told me what work would be required and gave me a fixed cost. I was I admit sceptical, sending a valuable watch strap to an unknown entity in Londinium town. Communication was superb, photos , laser welding really is impressive , polishing and the strap has no lag . Biggest mistake I’ve lost my springbars . Would Not hesitate to recommend , so looking forward to another 25 years with my strap

Having worn my Rolex datejust daily for 25 odd years the gold and steel oyster bracelet was badly stretched and worn .
Martins did an amazing repair job on each link and for less than 1/3 the price of an exchange …and I’ve kept the sentimental original .
I didn’t trust deliveries where I live so went to the shop in Crawley . It was great to see that such craftsmanship still exists .
