Delayed delivery and poor service
At first I thought I was creating a great deal on a quality product. However, after my order, I waited a week and it still had not been created/engraved. I contacted them and at first I received an AI response even though online comments recommended their customer service. I then contacted the shop directly via phone and was given the brush off by poor customer service and someone who seemed bothered that anyone would actually call. Their shop is located 60 miles away from the destination - my friend’s house. I called to see where the product was and when it would be delivered as it had already been 8 business days. “Bob” (I won’t put his real name) said it’s still here being prepared. I had hope it would still make it. Then a few more days passed and I finally got notice that it was shipping. I called again asking how long and “Bob” said it shouldn’t take long as he even knew the destination was only an hour away. I waited a few more days and watched as it went from their store to USPS then 1000 miles away 3 states over. I contacted them again since we’re now in the 3rd week. “Bob” asked, do you want me to try and track it? I responded to him and asked that wouldn’t he want to know where the product had gone since it had been several days to go 60 miles. I asked him that since it was a product your shop created, wouldn’t you want to know it was delivered? I never heard back from the store. If this wasn’t a gift I would have asked for a refund since their website says 4-7 days and it took almost 4 weeks for delivery.
