So far this company has been legit. The products I received were as advertised. They have great prices on peptides and their NAD and glutathione work just as good as the ones I got from more expensive sources. Shipping is fast too.

Online service is frustrating

I’ve been trying to process a purchase since Black Friday and due to technical difficulties on the website, I was unsuccessful on making the purchases.
Was trying to purchase two bottles of RAD 140 and a bottle of MK with the great deals/pricing but I was unsuccessful due to the website. Today after finally getting on the phone with somebody, I was advised to create a new account and purchase, but the discounted pricing is no longer available for me. Spoke with Dean and he was extremely professional and helpful and appreciated his patience with me.
But my online service was completely frustrating and disappointing.
Product overall is incredible.

Not only are the products great

Not only are the products great, but the costumer support is top of the line. Very quick to get my product and even quicker when I need help.
I’ve been taking Rad140 and MK677. My strength is up 20% and I’m lifting weight I never thought would happen. Life long customer

Customer service is outstanding

Customer service is outstanding! I had a question about an order that I placed and a customer service representative (Paul) contacted me within in minutes to help resolve my issue (which was my mistake.) After doing my research on all the different companies that are out there I decided to go with Swiss Chems and I’m extremely happy I did. Customer service, product selection and price is Outstanding. They are truly deserving of a 5 Star rating!
