Quick and great customer service

Just replying to your reply, I never said you tried to charge me I said you tried blame me for the damage which had I not challenged I'm sure would have resulted in a charge. As for the £1 charge on my account over the £75 hire charge please can you advise. Those are the facts and BTW my name is Mr Green I'm sure your extensive admin have that on record.

Top service as usual. No fuss. Wouldn't use any other company.

As a first time customer I have found the booking process very easy and comprehensive. The staff are friendly and willing to answer any questions I had (including the daft ones!). Prices seem to be competitive and I would have no issue using them again.

The booking process was easy, great customer service and quick response on the phone and email. The van was really impressive, modern, and nice to drive, etc. I just thought the refund of the deposit was not great it took 6 days, which I feel is too long as it was not a BACS so would of meant it was sent at the end of day 5, 5 days after it was returned. They charged a transaction fee despite there being no damage to the vehicle, so the deposit should of just remained in pending in my account with no transaction fee for myself.

Reception and patience with customers , vehicles clean and reliable.

I have used them many times over the years and they never disappoint.

Smooth pick-up and drop-off process. Very efficient. The van was perfect for what we needed, relatively new and excellent value for money. The team was friendly too.

My only other comment would be that the booking process isn't as good as the rest of the experience. Not being able to see van availability on the web-site is frustrating and would be a good improvement.

Over 6 years or more I have used swindon car and van rental . they have always been great . I highly recommend them . Courteous, professional, adaptable they are my motor transport back up as i have no car.
On many occasions they have gone the extra mile (kilometre? ) to help . Hats off to you all ...salud!

Although I didn't end up buying a van (at all in the end for personal reasons), we had a really great experience with Swindon Car and Van Sales. They have a huge range at competitive prices. The staff are super helpful, friendly, and have a lot of time for you as well. Would recommend highly.

I complained to the manager about a fairly serious problem I had with a hire form Swindon Car and Van and his response is worthy of leaving a review.

He listened to my complaint and seemed to empathise with my concerns.
He apologised for the situation and gave me a partial refund.
He reassured me that the fault would be corrected for next time.
Jake was respectful and treated me fairly.

I believe you can only truly rate a company on how they respond when things go wrong.
In this case the customer service was ‘5 star’ and a perfect example of how to resolve a customer complaint.

Great service, superb van and all super easy.

First time using these guys & won't be last. They have a great range of vehicles at very reasonable prices. Collecting the van & doing the paperwork was really easy, as was returning the van. They were really helpful & friendly, explaining the various insurance options etc. The van was less than a year old & in immaculate condition. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing service, new vehicles and great prices with a no deposit option on on vans; seriously, what more can you ask for? Well, if you're moving furniture, they have blankets, straps and trolleys available too. I will use Swindon Car and Van again (actually, I've already made my next booking).
