My order sat for 2 weeks. After several phone calls and emails I finally contacted someone there to be told that my order has gone nowhere. And incredibly that they don't even have what they sold me. And that I would have to now buy something that's $400 more expensive. Complete fraud!!!

My credit card was promptly charged on the day I have done the purchased on June 26th. I still have not received my purchase (July 30th), nor did I got a confirmation that it as been shipped. Just an email saying that it was "back-order" after I sent 2 emails to obtain a status update.
I even paid a 10$ extra for fast shipping and nobody proposed me a reimbursement of that part.
