They said they would come today and they did not pool still unswimable - and I have 10 guest tomorrow for a swim and lunch - please come first thing tomorrow !!!!!!!!

Swimart Rose Bay North have provided weekly pool maintenance to our home for several years. Recently we had major pool contamination with mud after the massive unprecedented rains of March poured off the cliff behind our pool. The Swimart team have cleaned out the pool and provided high quality cost-efficient service in all respects for a major pool clean and filter pump refurbishment, along with a most helpful upgrading how we handle pool runoff to prevent future issues. They access my backyard and with complete trust and are always polite and honest in their advice.

Baited me with a promise to get my order into the shop within 1 week. When it did not arrive 2 months later, I asked for a refund. They were very friendly and promised to refund. But then they did not do it and will not respond. Fair Trading contacted them and they again agreed to refund. They have all the details of my bank account, and still they refuse to refund. It is basically a crime, plain and simple. Take your money and deliver nothing. Be very careful if you hand money over to the Rose Bay store on Old South Head Rd. You may never see anything again.

Stay away from Swimart Rose Bay. Their service is terrible and if something goes wrong with a piece of equipment that they installed, good luck with getting it repaired or replaced within a reasonable timeframe! Their customer service is the worst I've seen in a long time.

We had Swimart service our new pool for the first month and it was never clear / balanced. I let the shop know this and there was no effort to correct the situation. Within two days of changing pool people we had a clean and crystal clear pool. I would certainly not recommend Swimmart.

The service people would also show up unannounced at random times / days, which was inconvenient.

Utterly despicable scammers. NO integrity. TOTALLY unprofessional. Completely untrustworthy.
