Good value for peace of mind
I knew Dad's house contents would have little probate value but needed an HMRC-compliant valuation, Swift Values provided this from some basic photographs within just a few hours! I think the cost was very reasonable for the peace of mind of having an official report to submit with probate application. A good service, thank you.

Overall process took less than an hour to fill in the form and take and load up pictures. Valuation came in in less than a day.

Would definitely recommend Swift Values home valuation services and jeweller valuation services as this takes most of the stress out of dealing with complicated probate applications.
Online registration was very simple and easy to understand. All the staff at Swift Values were super responsive and helpful, especially Katy who addressed all my concerns and queries very efficiently and effectively. She also anticipated my needs of additional services during this overwhelming period and I finally felt that I didn't have to face everything alone.

Very prompt and proactive service, and excellent value for money
The report arrived in less than 24 hours, and the valuer took the time to call me to explain the values and how they'd been determined. We won't know for a while how HMRC will react, but the valuer convinced me that the values are defensible. And the online valuation cost less than one-third of what a site visit would have cost.
