Sometimes it's hard to get across in writing the changes you want to make in formatting something as important as a book you've spent months creating. I wrote copious notes, and the different staff at Publishing Services helped create the changes I wanted to make my book beautiful. And they did that. I really appreciate the efforts taken to finalize what I dreamed of doing.
Quick turnaround on a formatting job. I did a rewrite and they reformatted my book in a few days. I wasn't happy that I had pay again because the content changed but I understand their viewpoint. I suspect their formatting is pretty easy to do so I would have liked to be charged just once. Nevertheless, excellent job again. I really appreciate and like them!
