Although the driver was polite and the car was clean, it took significantly longer than indicated on the app to arrive. Even though I understand the traffic is bad at LA; it’s still a tad irritating. Overall fine, I’m not sure I’d choose them again right away.

Unprofessional, they first said the car I booked was unavailable then stuck me ina raggedy ass Honda that don't look nothing like it suppose to drives crazy and has issues. Said they would swap me out on Monday. Monday came they said they taking the car and only sending me my deposit. I had to make them send me all my money back because the mess up was on their end. The barley wanna answer the phone. Cars are not new looking like the app says... I wouldn't trust them.
I booked a 2020 Honda for pickup on Wednesday at 6 PM. On Tuesday, I was informed that the car wasn’t in Atlanta, but I would be given a replacement and should expect a call on Wednesday with more details. No one contacted me, so I called around 7:53pm, only to be told they were closed. Later, someone called back saying they were trying to get a tow company to deliver the car to me. I eventually received the vehicle around 11pm a 2013 Kia that had several issues.
I immediately raised my concerns, and the representative promised a swap before noon on Thursday. However, when I followed up around 2:30pm, I was met with excuses.
Overall, if you're planning to rent from Swift Ride, be prepared for delays, poor customer service, and a lack of professionalism.
This is the worst company I've ever have to deal. This is a scam
