I am extremely disappointed with the service from Swift Go. My fridge freezer was due to be delivered on the 25th, September but the wrong size was sent and had to be returned to Electrolux.
Now, after all this inconvenience and delay, I have been given just one day to confirm a new delivery date of the 13th.its now gone back to a planning team where again I have to wait , I find this completely unreasonable, especially considering the original delivery was already mishandled through no fault of my own.
Customers have jobs, commitments and busy lives. We cannot always be expected to rearrange everything at such short notice, particularly when the inconvenience has already been an issue
The communication and flexibility have been extremely disappointing. I would expect a much more professional and customer-focused approach, especially when delivering an essential household appliance.
Swift Go seriously needs to improve its communication, planning and customer service. This has been a frustrating and unnecessarily stressful experience, and I would not recommend this service based on my experience.

Came to replace my refrigerator twice- no updates until the very last day within their contract with bosch neff- first arrived damaged and I was sent to the back of the queue again for a replacement on the replacement. A month to get a refrigerator replaced, that had only been installed 3 weeks and the second installation created two chips in my brand new kitchen and installer put the doors on wonky- total mansplainer from the moment he arrived, couldn’t wait to get him out. Must have said ‘well I will need to report that’ about the fridge that had been taken out and then put back into the cabinet because they couldn’t take it away first time due to the damaged item they turned up with previously - he kept getting a spirit level out for some weird reason on the device that had already been checked and declared faulty by the bosch engineer!!! Like he was going to discover something else … honestly, awful company. Bosch need a different partner because after sales dealing with this company for a faulty item has been awful.

Absolutely awful to deal with. State they are a premium delivery company. They offer no updates, their customer service is none existent. Tried to make a complaint and they threatened to put my order on hold! Advised another 2 weeks to deliver an item they have in their possession that I ordered 5 days ago. AWFUL, AWFUL. Asked to make a complaint was told to email. Just delay tactics. Definitely not premium and definitely not a decent delivery company. @smeg you need to review who you use going forward.
