I am absolutely impressed with the level of customer service! I had a small issue with my order, and the company immediately offered a solution—either a refund or a replacement. I chose a replacement, and to my surprise, the package arrived the very next day! Their quick response, excellent communication, and customer-focused approach truly exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this company and will definitely order from them again. Thank you for such outstanding service!

Really lovely quality chocolate bars , great packaging and arrived pretty quickly ! I ordered the viral pistachio bar and the cinnabar. Only tried the pistachio bar as the other is a gift but it was lovely, not cheap, but delicious.

What an amazing idea those chocolate bars are, absolutely gorgeous! Small company with an actual phone number that real people answer! Amazing customer service, I had a missing item it was sorted right away by a real person!

Awful (non-existent) customer service. Cake arrived damaged and the company have ignored all of our correspondence and are not answering any phone-calls. Avoid!

Ordered 2 weeks before xmas, can’t order much before due to short shelf life of chocolate bars, but order not received. They said they had been inundated with orders so mine was shipped late. Still not received by post office. Now claim order has ‘gone missing’ yep I suppose that could happen. Offered quick shipping but when I said yes please, no reply and no delivery. Very disappointed!

My chocolate football smash cake looks delicious and beautifully packaged. Unfortunately the first one arrived broken, no fault of the companies as its happend in transit. However customer service was brilliant. Replied to my email the same day and sent out a replacement which has arrived in one piece within 48hrs. Can't wait for my partner to receive it for his birthday.

Waste of money 🤮🤮🤮 don’t buy from here. It tasted nothing like Dubai pistachio chocolate bar. This chocolate was too sweet and rock hard it’s not malty in the inside of the chocolate. It tasted more like a kitkat waste of £28 for 2 chocolate bars. I paid for next day delivery it came after 5 days what was the point of next day delivery then?
VOID THIS PLEASE AT ALL TIMES!!!

Disappointing experience
Paid for personalisation but name was missing which is really annoying!
Also, it says on their description that the cake's diameter is 23cm but it's not even 20cm. Misleading!!
So beware...

I have ordered a special Easter egg from Sweet Tree for the past 4 years - the loaded chocolate orange one to be specific. It is the best Easter egg in the world. This year I was devastated to learn they were out of stock so I emailed customer service - and they offered to make me one specially! It arrived in a few days and I can't wait to tuck in. Thank you so much!

Absolutely useless. Ordered for Easter and the order still didn't arrive and hasn't even been dispatched.

Disgusted with this company. Initially found them and purchased through on Getting Personal and then when I realised they had their own website and offer 20% off all orders, I was disappointed to find I had been effectively overcharged on Getting Personal.
