MISSING PARTS: The dresser arrived missing two of the pieces. We assembled the dresser, and it was missing TWO of the bottoms to the drawers. I contacted Sweetcrispy and asked if they could send me the missing pieces, and they said no. They went on to say that they could give me a $5 gift card for my inconvenience.
The drawers do not work without the bottoms for them!
VERY DISAPPOINTED AS I DID NOT RECEIVE THE PRODUCT I ORDERED & I CANNOT RECEIVE ADEQUATE CUSTOMER SERVICE TO REMEDY THE SITUATION.

worst company to deal with, dont buy from here

Bought two storage bins from here and the hinges literally snapped off because of the actuators putting too much pressure on them. Contacted the company and all they did was give lip service and deflect responsibility, they then asked me to remove my 1-star review without refunding my money or sending me an alternative product. Don't waste your time or money on this horrible company. Doomed to fail.

This is not a real company , it’s people in Jamaica trying to take your money thru PayPal!!!! I ordered a cabinet through Walmart website I received it two days later started to put it together and was missing hardware contacted. The company could not leave a message on the phone number provided answering machine said to leave a email never heard anything back went onto the website put my contact information in someone from crispy called me told me they needed to give me a refund and they would resend me a cabinet. Wanted me to Zelle or use PayPal for a gift card and they tried taking the money from my credit card I almost got scammed. They were very convincing. Beware do not buy from this company. This is a fraud. They just want to take your money. Don’t fall for it like I did. I just wanted the hardware for my cabinet that I ordered. Beware do not buy from this company. I can’t stress it enough.

This company is a fraud

This company is a fraud. I purchased a chair in Tik tok. They sent a tracking number that was fake. Never got the product. When contacted them they told me to call Amazon, I didn’t buy product from Amazon. I wrote a review on Tik tok. They message me they would refund me if I deleted my review. I agreed to delete, once I deleted it they denied my refund and blocked me keeping my money. Ghosting a paying customer isn’t ok. A disgusting move. I have a screen shot of all correspondence with them. Reporting them to Tik tok and Amazon

Tried to Scam me.

Everyone be careful, this company tried to scam me by trying to lure me into sending them money through my Zelle. They claimed if I click "send" the cost of the product in question, I would be refunded that same amount. I'm not an idiot, you are supposed to click "request" not "send". Do not send them any money. This is clearly a scam.

Scammed when I tried to get a refund

I purchased a Sweetcrispy floor steamer through Amazon. It stopped working after 8 months. Amazon told me to contact Sweetcrispy. I sent an email, and someone called me back. The person who called me attempted to get me to send him more than $3,000 in a fake CashApp process that "would give me a refund code." SCAM!

Poor customer service

I bought a desk chair that was very nice. But it wasn't going to fit in our office. I requested to return the chair and the response was very slow. They told me that I would have to pay for return shipping and when I asked for the return address, no response. Then finally I received an email stating they would give me back 10% of what I paid and keep the chair. My response was no, I paid $171, so $17 was nothing. Then they came back with 20% and I said no. Once more I requested the return address and I haven't heard back from them in 5 days. Their customer service stinks.
I would not recommend this company and when you call their customer service number, you get a recording that states please email your request, that they don't respond too. Now I'm stuck with a chair that I don't want and can't get a return address.

I didn't have a good experience 😕 Customer service sucks! Ordered a treadmill over a week ago. Called customer service and was told that they couldn't find my order. Next day, I received an email saying I should receive my order in about 2 days. We will see how this pans out 😕

Damaged product, no help from seller

Purchased a lighted mirror via TikTok shop. When the mirror arrived, I opened the box (it was undamaged) and slid the mirror part of the way out, saw that it all looked in order and tucked it away for a Christmas gift. When I opened it fully on Christmas Eve, I saw that the mirror had large gouges in the surface and the frame was damaged. I submitted a return request with photos via TikTok seller messaging. The Sweetcrispy vendors went back and forth with me for several weeks, asking me to take and send more photos and asking for photos of the box and the shipping label. Then they said I could have a full refund, but I needed to process it through TikTok shop. When I attempted to do so, TikTok shop said it had been too long and only the seller could issue a refund at this point. So I went back to the seller and they will no longer respond. I am in a loop of messaging with an AI bot and unable to get help. It feels like they stretched our communication out back and forth to make the return window for TikTok shop lapse and are now ignoring me. I can also no longer review the product on TikTok shop as well. So I have a broken, damaged mirror and no recourse through the company. Very disappointing.

Just an update on the mirror situation. Because I would not take down my review, or amend it as I think consumers should be aware, in which previous messages they said I wouldn't have to return the shattered mirror, now they said return the mirror to obtain your refund. Funny it was fine not to return, prior to the bad review. To be continued

Frustrating experience — no way to cancel an order!

I ordered a chair from SweetCrispy over the weekend and immediately realized it wasn’t the one I wanted. Unfortunately, there’s no way to cancel an order online — you have to wait for their customer service team, which doesn’t work on weekends. By the time they were available on Monday, my order had already shipped, and they told me there was nothing they could do.

Now I’m stuck with an expensive chair I don’t even want, all because there’s no way to cancel an order yourself. I understand not having weekend support, but at least give customers the option to cancel before an item ships. Very disappointing experience.

Horrible customer service

The item I ordered is missing a part. I contacted the company and they said they would send the replacement part so l did not return even though I was within the return window. After taking several days for them to respond, the return window has closed and they are also refusing to send me the missing part.

Plain and simple

Assembly was super easy; it took me less than 30 minutes. The handles were a bit tricky, making it hard to screw through the pre-drilled holes. But it's nice and tall, keeping my cats at bay.
