Sweet packaging was ok but got a personalised photo on it for Valentine’s Day and can’t even make the photo out, they emailed me and they are going to send out another photo to replace it :)

Hi Aimee. We are sorry that you were not happy with the picture on the bag. We can only work with what a customer uploads to our website and your photo is very dark and grainy (I think it's in the back of a taxi at night?) so this may be why it is not so clear when printed. If you would like to email us directly then you can email over a better image and we can get this sent out to you in time for you stick onto the bag for Valentine's day.

Apparently they never received a complaint from the customer regarding their products, I wasnt happy with the order which was the part of the Christmas present... Regarding to an email from Donna who clearly tried not to resolve the problem. Sad really, very poor and extremely unpleasant customer service!

Hi Rad. In our email correspondence regarding your issue, we didn't say that we have never had a complaint. We actually said we have never received a complaint like the one you are making. You created your own mix of fizzy/sour & jelly sweets, which we provided exactly what you ordered and in the time frame specified. Your problem seems to be that you didn't like that some of the sour sugar coatings had gone onto the jelly sweets in the mixed-up bag, which we explained is impossible for us to keep the sweets separate in a custom pick n mix bag like the one you ordered. You had a 50/50 split of jelly and fizzy/sour sweets. We have never had that type of complaint before with a custom mixed bag. We also explained that if you had an issue with the mixing of flavours and types of sweets then you should maybe have chosen the relevant sweets in separate, smaller bags. We apologise if the confused nature of our emails came across as unpleasant. That was not our intention at all...we just didn't understand how you claim this made the sweets inedible and we were simply trying to explain the nature of pick n mix and the product that you chose for yourself.
