I ordered the very cute parmigiano cheese bowl. Love it! In the initial shipment there was some damage. I contacted Sweetaly and they immediately sent a replacement. Fantastic customer service.
Sweetalyfood has been a great company to order from. I originally ordered Pecorino Toscano Staginato and they wrote back and let me know that the cheese was no longer available and offered to send me an upgraded type of cheese for no additional cost. The shipping was free due to the amount I purchased and they even added an extra chunk of a different type of pecorino cheese that we could sample. The communication was wonderful and the cheese arrived here in Hawaii within a few days.....all in great shape. Will certainly order from them again!
It was 20 days before my order was shipped. I contacted them twice to find out why but received no reply until I filed with Paypal to recover my payment. It was only shipped after I contacted Paypal.
I ordered a bottle of olive oil that I couldn't find anywhere else. I got an order confirmation, and that was it. There was no estimation of when it would arrive, but was charged to my credit card. After waiting about a month, I tried to submit an inquiry on their website, which said I would get a response within one day. I received no response. I sent a second inquiry about two weeks later. Still no response. I ended up having to contact my credit card to get the charge reversed. What a scam of a website.
