as I was purchasing my first Rolex I was very apprehensive. Henry was very helpful and accommodating. I live in Bristol and Henry came and met me halfway deliver the watch personally . I had lots of questions after my purchase which Henry answered. I’ve had my watch now for a month and I’m a very happy customer.. I would highly recommend and I will be using again
