I've noticed improved relaxation and fewer muscle cramps since using it. The taste is pleasant, and it's much more convenient than tablets.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I tried their products, but unfortunately they did not help me at all and I did not see any results. Based on my experience, the products were not worth the money. I think the company should improve the effectiveness and quality of their products, and be more realistic about what customers can expect.

After two years suffering with sore hips and knees, I am pain free and literally running through the woods with my dog. My skin, especially my lips are fuller and receive compliments all the time. The improvement in joint flexibility is the winner for me though.
It tastes nice and the price is good and has free postage. Highly recommend.
