Do not recommend this company. Possible scam. Placed order in December and a month later have not received.
Sent several emails and used their contact form on their site. Never received a response. Would give a zero if I could.

Ordered over a month ago no email or reply regarding my questions on status of my order . Got two emails asking me to rate there service waited as to give them the benefit of a doubt . I feel let down as really wanted to taste Swedish snacks . If your not gonna tell me anything about the status of my order and or send me my order please refund my money. Don't like commenting negatively I am just wondering what is going on . Ok just found what is going to be a new site for them . They said on that site that the person who ran it has become ill so they fall behind on orders so I updated my my review to 3 stars instead of one . Thanks

7/27 - I am certain that this company is a scam. Regrettably, I didn't look up reviews BEFORE placing an expensive order.

They've made no effort to reply to my emails for weeks and their online chat is unresponsive/useless. I don't know how this company has managed to maintain such a professional-looking site, but treat customers in this fashion. My friend IN Sweden is livid about this as well. I will have to dispute the charge with my bank because of their actions.

Update on 8/9 - I'll give the company 3 stars instead of 1, as I see there was a bulletin about the site owner being ill. Still waiting on a formal email and refund though

Received an e-mail that there would be a delay. I understood the reasoning behind said delay. Three weeks later and a follow up e-mail has not been replied to. Starting to think I have been scammed. Until there are other positive reviews, stay away from this website.

ordered a candybox almost 3 months ago. sent 2 emails still nothing sent out or anything. would just like a refund at this point

My order was placed a week ago and has yet to be fulfilled and shipped.

SCAM Still no package 3 months later. Receive a reply to my initial emails and was told they would send it by ups, haven’t heard back at all. Definitely a scam. Beware! They will reply to the first email and then will top replying. They make up a bunch of excuses for not sending it yet or delay. Sent nearly $100. Really want my money back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE.

Ordered on the 8th of March and still have not received my order. They proceeded to respond implying that they would resend the candy over and provide a tracking number and they did not respond to my email regarding an update on that tracking number on the 5th of April or the 12th. I would suggest buying elsewhere

Wasn’t shipped until 3 weeks after order was made and have still not received the order, almost 2 months later.

Placed my order over a week ago and email to get an update. Have not heard back. Hoping it’s just a delay, if not please give me a full refund.

Do not use this store to order candy!!! I ordered candy on 5th January 2021, paid in full for express ups delivery and 10 days later have not received anything. I emailed the store and messaged them and I have not received one response.

The customer service excellence with this company is far superior to any other company I've experienced. Simply Unparalleled. The candy, on the other hand, can sadly be purchased at my local Dollar Tree. I WILL order again simply for the amazing customer service I continuously received with my 2 orders. This company DESERVES business!

Absolutely SUPERIOR customer service . Immediate and courteous replies caused me to be prompted to order again in the near future, until I opened the boxes.
One box was perfect with assorted candies and gummies and I smiled knowing I was giving this as a Christmas gift....the second box, however, only had 2 huge bags of marshmallow candy(which NO one likes), a power bar and gummies. For $109 dollars , I didnt expect to receive 2 huge bags of marshmallows. I still give the highest star rating for their AMAZING customer service and will most certainly keep this company in mind the next time I order. I'll just remember to say NOT to fill the entire box with Marshmallows.
