The owner reached to me personally and discussed with me how I wanted the watch to look and shared serval videos of the making process. Extremely happily with the end result.

I ordered my watch from SVK online and received my order confirmation. The follow up from SVK Watches was awesome. The Taylor made options was further discussed and for any other additions or alterations. I received the watch in perfect new condition in original box with all parts that was replaced with my requirements, this was perfect. I will definitely buy another customized watch from SVK watches again due to the profesional service and response received.

Simon at SVM is brilliant and a real master of his craft. He’s got an amazing eye for which mods really follow the subtle and beautiful design elements of the watches that inspire them. Without looking like copies or blatant clones. He’s a very friendly and helpful guy to deal with, updated me all the way with photos and videos and never left an email unanswered for more than a few hours. I’ll be buying another one soon. My watch was beautifully crafted and arrived in its own travel case with little extras that add to the experience. 10/10
