He was very helpful and I'm proud of him!

Professional service and workmanship. Same day start and completion. Much faster than I expected. Respectful work crew. I truly recommend their services.

Service Finance is a horrible company to do business with. Will pay contractors for work not done and then refuse to call back. All the customer service reps have been aggressively rude and uncaring. Darian Williams who is supposedly over customer complaints avoids taking calls and will not return calls left on her voicemail.
Do not get caught up in this predatory company, it will cost you dearly.

My Experience with this Company is Horrible all together From Billing to Interest...They Most definitely send out your Billing Statements LATE!! As for Customer Service I asked is there anyway to Change My Billing Due date from the start of my contract and They Refuse to make any changes it seems as if they Depend on LATE FEES!

I contract with a roofer to replace the shingles on my roof. The contract was for an 18 month interest free loan from Service Finance. The contract said if a payment was missed or late the contract reverted to a 36 month payment with interest. I received a bill 7 days past the due date for half the amount I contracted for. Since I had already made a payment before the due date for more than the amount due I was OK. If I had waited for the bill and paid what I agreed on I would have still been late on my payment and I would be on a 36 month contract.

Please read your contract. I paid 1k a month 3 times the amount required. I missed 1 payment and they put a lien on my home. I’ve paid 1k a month since and now instead of owing $1,377, they are charging me over $3k to pay it off. Avoid this company at all costs, you will regret ever taking a loan with them.

Bills come 2 days before due, randomly withdraw double payments, website/app always undergoing maintenance, app has been down for over a month, when you call they never can answer a question except with sorry. That’s just some of the issues with them that pop to the top of my mind.

We used Service Finance Company in July 2023 to finance a new roof. Fast forward to October 2024, we have PAID OUR LOAN IN FULL, we have receipt of delivery of the payment in full for this loan, AND THEY REFUSE TO CLOSE OUT THE LOAN. ALSO, THEY CODED THIS LOAN AT THE ONSET LAST YEAR AS A MORTGAGE. IMMEDIATE LIEN ON THE PROPERTY!! We were told that a lien is ONLY placed on the property IF we don’t make payments. We have made our payments on time with principal payments for over a year. So now, they are sitting on a $21,500.00 check, refusing to process our paid in full payment, and refusing to release the lien on our property!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! Find another resource if you have to finance a home project as SERVICE FINANCE COMPANY IS PREDATORY AND FRAUDULENT!!!

Biggest rip off company I've ever dealt with. Paid more than my actual monthly payments. In fact, almost double, but still charges interest by the day. Saying the Rep should've told me that and I should make an extra payment a month.They're saying the $1,000.00 extra I've paid them so far is interest. I will never deal with this company ever again.

I have been having trouble with this firm for a month now. Customer Service is non existent. Someone named Kevin was supposed to call back last Monday, I never heard from him. Very Poor business practice. I have been complaining to them about numerous things. Today, I can finally get on the website to open my account, but then when it comes to verifying my e-mail I don't get a verification code sent to my email. All I want to do is make my payments so I can get rid of this company.

The app is broken and will not allow you to create account. Been broke for over a month. Website is broken and will not let you create an account. Been broken over a month. They harass you to make payments but make it impossible to do so. When calling their number it sends you on endless loops of messages before you can talk to someone who barely speaks English and they just want your bank info over the phone. Poor business to work with.

Financed a replacement HVAC system. Initially things went smooth, but recently the customer portal website went offline with message stating it was "down for maintenance". It has been several days with no update, and calling into the company after wading through way too many phone menus to talk to a human, was told that they did not know when the website would be back online, and no manager or supervisors were available, and they essentially could do nothing. A company that can't manage a website in 2024 is not a company that I trust with my personal finance and banking information, but now I don't have a choice.

I paid off my loan over a year ago and just found out they are still reporting my loan as unpaid when I applied for a HELOC. These people are scam artists. CONSUMER FINANCE PROTECTION BOARD AND CONGRESSIONAL INQUIRY FORTHCOMING.

Worst WWW - down all day. To make a payment you log on, hit make a payment, then log in AGAIN and hit a payment AGAIN

The initial paperwork created quite a problem. They'd put a typo in the designated number of months for the 'interest free promotional period' of the loan - so it took several calls and not a few inept follow ups from the 'Complaints' department - very weird that their lawyers ('underwriters') were okay with sending flawed contracts and then refused to fix their own mistakes for a few weeks. But we finally got it straightened out.

Once the loan was 'seeded' or funded - and our vendor was paid - we were happy to have a follow up communication with MICHAEL DIXON, who very very graciously walked us thru how to properly set up our online account for monthly AutoPayments.

He was kind, communicative, caring, and exceptional in his follow up and follow through. I can honestly say this was exceptional Customer Service.

He definitely turned things around - and the execs and management of this company owe a debt to him for keeping things on track because we almost wrote a scathing one-star review given all the time and energy wasted on correcting their Lawyers mistakes...

From my experience and perspective, customer service professionals should take coaching sessions from you to learn - how to provide the best customer service in the simplest manner possible.

Dawn was extremely efficient, very professional, she helped my bank manager get through all the questions she needed answering and was very courteous while doing it. Promote at the next opportunity.

Buyers beware!!!!!! My husband and I financed a loan through this company. Absolutely terrible customer service. They funded our loan without proper verification that the work order had been completed as guaranteed. When I filed a formal complaint for the obvious mistake, they were rude and unapologetic. I WILL NEVER FINANCE with this company again. They could care less about their customers experience. When I demanded to see their policy, they refused to provide it. Find yourself a better option.
