The way I seen this the same I got it. The delivery is also on the day which is told by them. I am very impressed how they packaged and done a very good craftsmanship with gold plated. When I open the Radha Krishna Pocket Temple I was not only amazed to see but also the chandan smell it very beautiful like I am in Holy place and the feets of Radha Krishna is very attractive and good. Their site claims delivery in 3-4 working days for all metro cities, including Bangalore. However, even after constant follow ups the order, which was meant for Diwali, was not delivered on time - when the order was placed a good 11 days ahead of Diwali. Constant follow ups with them with reassurances from their side, that all dried up as Diwali approached. I then asked them to cancel the order and refund the amount. To which they have turned a blind eye. There is no way to reach their support. I have no use of the idols now since it is already well past Diwali! 2 days after the festival. And they insist on delivering the order now which is of no use to me. RIDICULOUS MANAGEMENT of Diwali orders. Why claim those delivery dates if they can't stick to them. And finally, if they can't keep their commitment, at least cancel the order and refund the amount.

first they will help us with Algo trading which dont work, then they will give manual trading, if we have lost money, they will say we will trade on behalf of you, and loot all money, please dont waste money with these team and lastly they will sorry.

The positive reviews are just fake ones written by the company to boost star ratings. Real truth being that it is an fake website made to loot people. They just book your order and make excuses to ship/deliver the item. Their policy mentions 1-3 days delivery but they will not respond to you even after a week of ordering, keep calling or sending emails. Your money is lost and eaten up by this fake website and the address mentioned on their website also doesn't exists. Better use trusted brands.

I have ordered Lord Jagannath Murti yesterday but there is no order confirmation from them. Neither their number is reachable not they are responding on messages. I believe they are completely fake as brand. I would request people never ever do online payment because I have done here payment of Rupees 1424 neither they are refunding the money or neither they are ready to respond me.
