Been a long time customer. I get the monthly Suzanne box and love it. Had an issue with an order and customer service did not hesitate to make it right.

I am just so pleased with the recent communication that I experienced with Suzanne Somer’s customer service representative Deb! I sent an email sharing my concern for missing Suzanne SELECT monthly surprise subscriptions!! I was pleasantly surprised to receive a email response immediately! I have been using Suzanne‘s products for the past two years and and being a cosmetologist, I am very particular about the products that I use on my skin!! They must be organic and these products have been made with this holistic approach and with much careful consideration!! I am pleasantly surprised with the support and care I have received today!!! It’s rare to meet accompany these days that have the highest standards of integrity!!! I absolutely love the orange vanilla organic shampoo. I have used it for 12 years and my hair is very shiny and healthy. The smell is wonderful, no harmful parabens.

I had a bag of protein powder arrive with a hole in the bottom, and quite a bit of the product had spilled into the shipping box. I emailed SuzanneSomers.com customer service explaining the issue and included photos, and they responded almost immediately to let me know they would replace the entire bag. They were quick to respond, courteous, helpful, and very professional throughout the process. Exceptional customer service can be hard to find these days, and I truly appreciate a company that stands behind its products and takes care of its customers. I've been using Suzanne Organics for a couple of years, and it is all wonderful! I wanted products with pure ingredients from a company with integrity. I know that Suzanne and Caroline created the line with the highest quality in mind and it shows. I especially love the Manuka honey products, the lip balm, and the tinted spf moisturizer, which is so light and airy. I use several products every day and love them! The customer service team is always so responsive and helpful too!

I accidentally bought two extras of two products, yikes! I wanted to return the two, but their policy was to be really generous. They gave me a refund and do not want the products back. That is so kind. I have been buying their products for several years and I think it makes a difference on my skin. I am also wanting to be as healthy as I can be, so I appreciate their "organic" ingredients. I will give my extras to someone in my life who is on Social Security Disability buts wants to be healthy too.
