Going the extra mile
When order was delayed in the post due to problems at the Post Office, item was delivered to my home by a member of staff from the shop. Excellent customer service given that I lived about 20 miles away & knowing that I needed the order urgently.

Superfast delivery of a quality product. Searched high and low for these wide fitting adidas shoes and it seemed in the UK only Sutton Runner could oblige. Never ordered from them before and would have no hesitation in doing so in future. Thank you

Shoes arrived quickly and were as ordered. Unfortunately, the sizing of the style I chose felt smaller than the newer version of the shoe so I had to return them. Not the fault of the store, the return was easy to do and I would buy from Sutton Runner again.
