Fails after a couple of months
Our Sutra product completely stopped working for us after a couple of months. This was the second time a Sutra product failed so quickly, and their warranty means nothing.
There's no phone number for customer service, just a complicated online process to file a warranty claim - and THEN, if they do approve your claim, they'll still charge you about $30 as a "service fee" to send a replacement product (IF they actually do replace it - it seems that they've just ghosted many others who have tried). Will never buy one of their products again.
